Ideal for those who want to make financial decisions and transactions on the go, it enables you to access your online accounts from a web-enabled cell phone and do almost everything you would normally do online. You can check balances, view history, transfer funds, and even pay bills.

Community offers both mobile web banking as well as SMS text banking. People with web-enabled smart phones can use the web banking while text banking is available to all customers. Mobile banking service is available for FREE with your Community Bank account but your mobile carrier's text messaging or data charges may apply.

In order to use mobile banking service, customers must first have their login set up in the bank's free online banking service. For customers not currently enrolled in Community Bank's online banking, please go to www.communitybanknm.com to sign up or contact any Community Bank branch for assistance or call 1-800-986-2252.

 

Web - Mobile Banking

Mobile web banking is designed for customers who have a smartphone with web browsing capabilities and need more than just balance inquiry. You can check your balances, view transaction history, transfer between accounts and even pay your bills on the go. Currently, there is no app for Community Bank mobile banking but there is a mobile banking homepage. Just go to Community Bank's homepage (www.communitybanknm.com) on your mobile device and it will redirect you to the mobile web banking login page. SMS - Mobile Banking 

Your account balances are a text Away

Text Message Banking makes it easy to access account balances and transactions, right on your mobile phone. It's the fastest way to get your balances - anytime, anywhere.

How text message banking works


Step 1
Login and Activate

Log into Internet Banking, and look for the Mobile Banking & Alerts button. After clicking on it, find and click the Activate button.


Step 2
Verify your phone (make sure you have it with you!)

Enter your cell phone number, and we'll send you a text message with a unique activation code that you'll need to enter to complete the process (this ensures that it's your phone number and it's in your possession). Once verified, select your preferences, and you’re done!


Step 3
Start texting

Now with your phone set up, just send a text message to 454545 whenever you want, and we'll send the response right back to your phone (it's just like texting your friends!) Here's a quick list of some of the common requests you can text:

BAL — Current and available balances for a primary account you designate
LAST — The last five transactions in your primary account.
BAL ALL — Current and available balances for all the accounts you have with us
